Play

Who needs more reasons to take time off and play? Well, here you have it. Research has proven that all work and no play certainly makes Jack (and Jill) quite dull.

It turns out that taking time out to play and recharge is critical to our physiological and psychological well-being. Playtime actually strengthens our creativity, ability to focus and problem solve. It also makes us feel happier, healthier, more energized and resilient.

Playtime creates the positive emotions we need to improve our productivity and enjoy life. Make it a habit to invest time each day to bring more joy and play into your life.

Let us not forget that play is the beginning of all knowledge.
