5 ways – capitalize on goodness

We all need the support of a friend when times get a little rough, ut how many of us consider being a source of inspiration or positive energy for others when times are good (or bad)?

Enjoying others successes, being attentive, and cheering each other on is a wonderful way to share to life and invigorate our daily rituals. Being positive and bright for others has been proven to not only boost mood and improve perceptions in others but also ourselves. In fact the ability to capitalize on positive emotions and celebrate others events can produce more satisfaction than just being there for someone when times are tough!

When something good happens in life seize the opportunity to make the most of it. Being a bright spot in someones day can only improve our own life and attitude. Finding subtle ways to rejoice in life’s small moments exercises our positivity muscles on small scales and provides us with big gains in the grander scheme of things. So celebrate a moment with someone today, there is so much to be happy about!
