Some days it feels like the world is in a state of constant acceleration. We push through the daily demands of life that fill our calendars, against a backdrop of pinging technology that disrupts our ability to focus and think clearly.

As the pace of life increases it’s easy to confuse busyness with productivity. The good news is that we can choose to slow down and learn from our experiences. We can evaluate if our actions align with our values, vision and goals.

Through daily reflection we strengthen our discernment and gain valuable insights. Armed with wisdom, we are able to make better decisions that allow us to accelerate or decelerate with greater ease. We become the drivers and our destination truly becomes our choice!
