Invest. . .

invest

When was the last time you steered your life? Now I don’t mean CONTROL your life, but more along the lines of taking some time time for your life, time to reflect, appreciate and acknowledge it. Our thoughts, language, visions and actions all hold potential. And when we have a clear and compelling vision that captures our full attention it brings us in touch not only with the life you want, but the life you have.

Invest some time this weekend expanding and creating a vision for your life that’s filled with happiness, health, satisfaction and meaning. Is there really better investment can you make?

Your pain will push you until your vision pulls you.

Peace and Love, Jim

Grooves . . .

Grooves

Often someone will say or comment to me that I do not seem buddhist or that I don’t adhere to the teachings. Though this may or may not be true depending on the perspective I do always fall back onto what I believe to be the cornerstones of my life, a buddhist life, or any life:

Start with being and feeling now. Then, make the proactive choice to accept what is now.

This may seem like a little scratch or groove upon the surface, but remember the groove upon a record holds majestic symphonies.

Peace and Love, Jim
