Sustain Yourself

Sustainability has risen in the collective consciousness on many l. Now, we think about the impact of our purchases and choose more wisely, to ensure our actions support the health of our planet. And yet, it seems that sustainability has a long way to go when it comes to our personal energy and well-being.

All too often we push ourselves to the point of chronic exhaustion. We deplete our reserves. We leave no breathing room for dealing with life’s unexpected challenges. And we fail to see that more effort is not always a winning strategy.

To achieve sustainable success, we must learn how to manage our personal energy–physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Through a simple daily practice we can create positive habits that keep us healthy, inspired and energized every day.

Sometimes the most urgent thing you can possibly do is take a complete rest.

Peace and Love, Jim
