The role of leaders is important.
Everything is determined by a leaders’ behavior. There is a passage in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms that says only those who possess genuine wisdom and virtue win the highest regard from people. It all comes down to each of us. We have to polish and develop ourselves and understanding. When there are leaders for whom we may not agree or see eye, all you have to do is determine not to become like them, do not honor the values which you find unworthy of your efforts. All you have to do is decide that you will become a leader within your own life and the lives of those you engage with and everyone will grow, feel comfortable and at ease.
