Balance. . .
In life we often become bored with things that take little effort and we grow to dislike boring or physically hard work. Sometimes, the same routines can make us lethargic, but we should remember to step back to take in the bigger picture and assess our steps. Sometimes we need a push to keep going. That is life. A push. A pull. A give and a take. Many an elder of many a culture taught about balance, the yin, the yang.
It is the balancing of our work life, our family life and our community life that is extremely essential in our journey. They help us accomplish our goals and build a better tomorrow. Education forms the basis of how we turn out as individuals and what we do ahead in life. Work gives us purpose, provides education and income. At the end of the day, so many aspects of this great big journey we share give our lives meaning. Creating a balanced life means making time for the things you have to do, as well as the things you want to do. You have the power to create harmony between your responsibilities and finding time daily to do things that bring you pleasure, personal fulfillment, and rejuvenation.
Peace and Love, Jim
