While controlling our mind is at once both extremely subtle and solemnly profound, we should also strive to elevate our mind with freshness and vigor through new things, thoughts and assimilations. When we do so, both our life and our surroundings will open wide before us and every action we take will become a source of benefit.
Understanding the subtle workings of one’s mind is the key to life and living within its framework. I personally believe this was the primary point of the teachings of Buddha and the concept Buddhahood in this lifetime.
