To possess both wisdom and compassion is the heart of our human revolution. If you have wisdom alone and lack compassion, it will be a cold, perverse wisdom. If you have compassion alone and lack wisdom, you cannot provide happiness to others. You are even likely to lead in the wrong direction, not only missing your own mark for happiness but leading others to miss theirs as well.
We are each born to be lights in this world and when we bring wisdom and compassion together in mass we can illuminate the darkest corners of our shared existence.
