In several buddhist teachings it is said and taught that one should regard meeting obstacles as true peace and comfort.

We may wonder how encountering obstacles could be a source of peace and comfort. But the truth of the matter is that through struggling against and overcoming difficulties, we can transform our lives, our understanding of how we work and just what we are capable of.

Confronting adversity, therefore, can provide us with a bedrock for our strength, resilience and ultimately peace and comfort from within.

Peace and Love, Jim
