Encouragement – offering encouraging words is important. Sincere words of encouragement have the power to give people hope and courage to go on living meaningful lives in the face of adversity, to share joy in times of distress and to dance joyfully in moments of understanding. We are all works of either encouragement or negativity and the interesting thing is that both require the same amount of effort.
