When youth are awakened to a sense of mission, their power is limitless. Ultimately, we have to entrust our hopes and visions for the future to our youth. This is a golden rule. Youth will have their day. Youth will step up to fulfill their ideals with or without our guidance, so we should aim to provide wise examples and advice for them to witness and take advantage of. The fundamental spirit of a elder must be to reach out to such young people, work with them and bring out their capabilities and direct their youthful energies in a positive direction.
