I am often asked what it means to live a full life in terms of a buddhist perspective. Often people are surprised when I say that first we can not live a “full” by defining it in terms of “buddhist” or other such colorations. Life is unique for each of us and thus so will be our days and moments.
With that in mind I can say this: Relish everything that’s inside of you, the imperfections, the darkness, the richness and the light you find to illuminate all that is within. Do not live on false premises or times yet to come, enjoy what you have and grow from what you do not have in your short time called life. That makes for a full life.
