Have you ever noticed that you often are more tired from a day of sitting at your desk or doing some mundane chore or work than you often are from busy active days with friends or family?

Mental tiredness Which manifests itself physically as well) is the product of of a day filled with wasted thought, anxiety, worry and/or resentment. It is these negative feelings that sap us of our energy, mental clarity and give us the feelings of a rough and tiresome day.

If we can awaken to these moments, let go of our resistance to trying days and times we may still have moments of physical tiredness but they will not have the sam sledge hammer effect upon our mental states and we will indeed not feel so drained, exhausted and over it.

We are far less tired when we can see the horizon always has a beautiful sunset.

Peace and Love, Jim
