There are 365 days in each year and 1,440 minutes in each day. You are alive for 525,600 minutes each year. What do you do with your time? Are you living a life you love?

When you wake up every morning, you make a choice. You can choose to be happy or not. That is up to you. So often, we go through life thinking about our next move. We worry about this person and that situation, and we focus on the negatives. That is all part of being human. But to truly be alive, we must not only think–but feel.

Feeling our way through life helps develop our intuition, something that has long been forgotten by many. Instead of relying on phones and computers, lean on each other. Begin to trust in yourself. Look deep within. The answers you’re searching for are there. You’ll just have to find the keys to unlock them. And once you do, you’ll discover that by opening your heart–and whole being, for that matter–to this blooming intuition, you will be able to create and recreate your own life story, in any way that you choose.

To quote David Cooperrider, a business professor who conceptualized the concept of Appreciative Inquiry, “We are all sculptors, authors, and composers. Our lives, quite simply, are our most precious projects. And a life of joy – if we want it – is ours to cultivate and to cherish, to express and spread, and to discover and design.”

You are the sculptor of your own story. How will today’s page end? How will tomorrow’s page begin? That is all up to you.

Peace and Love, Jim
